I was fortunate to meet Richard and commission him to deliver a full property refurbishment on a rental property in Otley. From the planning stage to the building works and final handover Richard was friendly, easy to communicate with and professional throughout. He has an excellent eye for detail whilst able to work within the parameters set from a budget agreed at the outset. Through his experience and contacts in the property industry, Richard was able to employ high quality trades at cost effective price points. His contacts proved invaluable. Should we move house or make our current house the home we wanted – a question we kept asking ourselves. Our home had everything we wanted but it was tired & dated and needed a lot of work doing to it. The plumbing & electrics needed work, we wanted a new kitchen & bathroom, the interior décor hadn’t been touched since the previous owners and we wanted to put our stamp on a house we had lived in for over 6 years ago. All this seemed overwhelming and we didn’t know where to start. We then contacted Apex Property Services and Richard came round to the house and we discussed what we wanted to do and he shared his ideas with us. We drew up a plan together and Richard organised everything from start to finish. He had contacts for every job we needed and all the tradesmen were great. Richard liaised with us daily throughout the project ensuring the smooth running of the works. It was very smooth, completely stress free and we now have the home we always wanted.
